What If I just changed my mind?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product you can return it within 30 days of your receipt date for an exchange or credit to your card (exclusive of shipping and handling fees). We do not pay for the "return" shipping fee on items that are not broken or damaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Refused orders are subject to an automatic 30% restocking fee plus return shipping charges.

How do I return an item?
If you need to return your merchandise for any reason please contact our Returns Department so that we can assist you in preparing your return, and so that we will be aware that it is on its way to us. Also in many cases we may issue you a FedEx call tag, via email or USPS, so that the shipping will be no cost to you. To receive maximum refund you are expected to repack the product in its original packaging, enclose your original InnovaToys packing slip (you may want to make a copy for your records), and a short message explaining the reason for the return. That will allow the person that processes the return pass the information to the credit department faster. All items must be returned in ‘brand new’ condition including all manuals and accessories and must be packaged as originally received by the recipient. .

If for some reason you need to return an item to us without contacting us first we have an agreement with our supplier to receive returns at their shipping facility. Please make sure to include the packing slip (no packing slip makes it almost impossible to receive any refund) and a detailed explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). Please clearly label the package, making sure to cover all old shipping labels, and then send your return to the following address

Please be aware that return shipping charges will not be refunded if you do not contact us first.

InnovaToys reserves the right to not refund any or all shipping charges, taxes, duty, or other fees for returned or refused items.
InnovaToys reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 75% dependant entirely the item(s) ‘like new’ (resalable) condition.

We will absolutely not refund any shipping charges on any refused package on any international shipment!

We are committed to customer satisfaction and will do all that can be reasonably expected to make sure that you are happy with our products and service.

Shipping and Handling Charges:
These charges are based on the total weight of the order as when packed for shipping, including dimensional weight in some cases, and are calculated in US pounds.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be charged for the purchase of non-food items sold to Washington State residents.

Foreign Shipping Duty Fees / Taxes:
Please be advised that your country may impose duty fees, or other taxes based on the product origin and/or value. These fees and taxes are based on your country's import policy, and may be imposed in addition to the purchase price and shipping/handling fees collected by us prior to shipment. All such fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and our company is not responsible for them. We are not be responsible for such fees/taxes on returned items either. If you are concerned about possible additional charges, please contact your local Import/Customs authority for more information.

How do I exchange an item?
Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item that you would prefer over one you have already received, we ask that you place a separate order for the new item and that you return the unwanted item. Once the returned item has been received at our warehouse, a credit will be issued to your account. Please see instructions above for how to return a package.

Restocking Fees:
You will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee if:
- Returned items are not in "brand new" condition and/or missing any of its original contents.
- The return form and/or a copy of your receipt are not included with the returning package.
- You are returning items, parts, supplies, etc. that were special-ordered for you.

Save all receipts, invoices and barcode numbers of products.

Before accepting a package from FedEx or any other postal service please look over the box. If the outside is damaged in any way, do not open it. FedEx should open the box in front of you and inspect it for damages. If any damages are found FedEx should document them. The package then should be re-taped and sent back to us. Please email our Returns Department and inform us of the situation.

Warranties:
InnovaToys has a 30-day warranty on products that are sold (unless otherwise stated). Claims on products that have manufacturer's warranties should be submitted to and handled by the manufacturer. This includes parts for the equipment, manuals, damages, etc. If the manufacturer is not responsive to your requests, please give us an email and we will try and assist you with the claim.

Pricing:
Product information, photos and prices are subject to change without notice and a subject to possible errors. If a change or error affects an unsent order, you will be informed about the changes before your order is processed.

Shipping Weight:
The weight of the product when packaged for shipping.

Products are either sent from our Washington location, or (when it proves to be more cost-effective) they may be shipped directly from suppliers. Products shipped from suppliers will have the product cost, taxes (if applicable), and shipping added together as one total price.

Shipping Info:
Our order form allows the customer to choose their preference. At the time you finalize your order, our shopping cart connects to the server at FedEx to retrieve the information necessary to calculate shipping and handling for your order. If the FedEx server is busy and cannot supply the necessary information to our shopping cart program, or if the order is to a country outside of the USA and shipping information is not calculated, we will attempt to contact the customer with the correct shipping and handling information before the order is shipped, but if we are not able to contact you we may elect to ship your order without authorization. If you see that the system was not able to calculate your shipping please contact us via email if you do not want your product shipped before we contact you.

If your order contains items that are shipped by a supplier, they will arrive separately from items we stock at our Washington location, and may arrive via a different shipper.

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected both online and off-line.

When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or a password), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected. Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment.

You probably already transmit your credit card number electronically on a frequent basis. When you swipe your credit card at the local store, your card information is encrypted and transmitted over a phone network. Using your card on a secure online Web site is very similar - your information is encrypted and then transmitted over a high-speed network line.
