We understand that no one likes to be surprised with expensive shipping rates as you’re checking out.
We also understand that it is important for you to know where your parcel is.
Here at InnovaToys, we design our shipping services to save you money and to provide you with peace of mind.

InnovaToys’s Shipping Policies

We ship within the United States and internationally, with exceptions for countries not served by USPS. On our website, you will find a variety of shipping options that you can review before placing an order. Please note that all orders MUST be placed via our website:


General Shipping:

Orders ship Monday-Friday from our warehouse in Seattle. We always provide tracking information so you'll know exactly where your parcel is.


When will I get my stuff?

In-stock paid orders normally ship within 1-2 business days.



An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped. If you have signed up, you can track your package from your Account page.



Free US Standard Shipping for All Orders

InnovaToys provides customers free standard shipping for ALL orders at any address in the U.S and its territories. This will be automatically applied on the Shipping page on desktops, tablets, and smartphones. This offer can be combined with other offers. Some exclusions apply.



For orders shipped to the U.S and its territories, the following shipping options may be available:


USPS Ground Advantage™ (3-5 business days after processing) - Free

Priority Mail Flat Rate® Padded Envelope (2 business days after processing) - The rate is available for a quote on the checkout page.


Processing time:

In-stock paid orders normally ship within 1-2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please note that these are general estimates provided by the shipping companies we use. Innovatoys typically uses USPS for international and domestic shipping.


Tip: If possible, have your order shipped to a business address, such as an office. Shipments to a business address tend to arrive more quickly.

Shipping to multiple locations:

Unfortunately, Innovatoys cannot split an order and ship to multiple locations. You will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.


Address changes:

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.


Domestic (U.S.) shipping:

Contiguous U.S.

For orders to all US states and its territories, we offer USPS Ground Advantage™ and Priority Mail Flat Rate® Padded Envelope shipping.


US P.O. Boxes:

Orders to US P.O. Boxes, where no physical shipping address is provided, will be shipped via USPS.



For Canada and other international destinations, the shipping rates can be determined by adding the items to your shopping cart and entering your country and postal code in the Estimate Shipping box on the cart page. You can also get this rate and other shipping options during check out after you’ve filled out your shipping address.


We use USPS for shipping outside of the USA. The following shipping and handling rates can be selected:


USPS First-Class Mail International®

Priority Mail Flat Rate® Medium Box

Priority Mail Flat Rate® Large Box


Shipments may be tracked on Our shipping prices are calculated in real-time based on the shipping location and the weight of your order.


Customs Fees:

These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges. We are not able to mark orders as "gifts." We are required to list the retail value on the commercial invoice for any items included as a "gift with purchase." We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.


Note: No Customs agency in any country will provide package clearance updates to USPS or other postal agencies. Should you see a delay in the shipping progress of your international order, it is most likely in Customs clearance. Clearance times vary, and has no control over Customs agencies in the US or any other country. You will need to contact your Customs agency for information regarding the progress of your particular shipment.
