  Except where prohibited by mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. For U.S. customers, you and Innovatoys agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to your order will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to file a claim in small-claims court or, if applicable law requires, in the courts of your home country.
  
  Delivery of goods
  
  A carrier’s delivery scan is treated as evidence that the package was delivered to the address you provided.
  If you believe this is inaccurate, please contact us promptly and we will work with you to investigate and resolve the issue.
  
  
• International Orders:
  International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, carrier hand-offs, and other processes outside our control.
  These steps can result in delays or government-imposed fees. We are not able to waive or refund duties or taxes charged by your local authorities. While customs processes may affect timing, we remain responsible for ensuring that your order is delivered to the address you provided.

  Innovatoys and its affiliated companies are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, fire, flood, civil disturbances, adverse weather, carrier service interruptions, acts of God or government, illness, pandemic-related disruptions, or shortages in materials or services.
  
  
• Returns:
  
  If you receive the wrong item, or an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
  
  
• Change-of-Mind Returns:
  
  Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, minus any shipping fees.
  
  Returned items must be in new, resalable condition. This generally means the item must be unused in original packaging.
  
  We may decline a refund in reasonable cases (for example, if items are used or significantly damaged) and will tell you why if this happens.
  
  Items marked as non-returnable, clearance, or close-out at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
  
  
• Shipping and Handling Charges:
  
  Shipping and handling charges are based on the packed weight and dimensions of your order (including dimensional weight where applicable) and are calculated in U.S. pounds. The price is automatically calculated. The final amount will be shown at checkout.
  
  
• Delayed shipments:
  
  Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Innovatoys is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, strikes, or carrier operational issues. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues with the carrier.

• Sales Tax:
