Description

The Golden Snitch, often referred to as Snitch, is the third and smallest ball used in Quidditch (a sport played by two teams of wizard students on their magical broom).

“You catch this, Potter, and we win.” – Oliver Wood said to Harry Potter. This simple quote encapsulates the only rule of the game.

Interestingly, in his first game, Harry caught the valuable Golden Snitch in his mouth. Upon Dumbledore’s death, he also left Harry his first prestigious Golden Snitch with enchanted writing: “I open at the close.”
